Research interests: Mainly Aristotle and, more recently, the Neoplatonists. I am especially interested in questions at the intersection of ethics and metaphysics: e.g. questions about freedom, responsibility, intention, agency, time and change.

Graduate supervision: Plato, Aristotle, Neoplatonism -- possibly also other areas related to the research interests listed above. Prospective graduate students are welcome to contact me to ask.
