Summary of doctoral thesis: My research engages with both contemporary philosophy — in particular, philosophy of mind and epistemology — and Indian and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, especially the work of Dharmakīrti and Ratnakīrti. In my dissertation I look at discussions of perception, personal identity, and the problem of other minds. I also consider ethical and soteriological implications of these discussions.
